On Friday 9th and Saturday 10th January 2009 Fat Face brought a bit of fun to the capitol city with its very own space hopper challenge, encouraging people to get fit for a fraction of the cost! The Fat Face team landed at Carary Wharf and Covent Garden armed with 20 spacehoppers and the determination to get people smiling.

Having just launched its Spring collection, with the strap line, ‘Spring Into Action’, Friday saw the city hopping in Canary Wharf; the team managed to persuade plenty of hardened business types that jumping around on a space hopper was a top stress buster! Then on Saturday it was over to Covent Garden, with the streets heaving with shoppers more than happy to enjoy some space hopper action.

For the active lifestyle brand which has 160 other stores across the UK, the message was simple, ditch expensive gyms, look for alternative ways to get fit (such as space hopping!) and put a smile on your face!
